Terms of participation
Work in Progress
project format
Feature-length film (60 minutes and longer) or series; fiction, documentary or animation.
project stage at the time of pitching
Production or post-production.

Not less than 30% of filmed material.
project team
Director and producer (required), who has released at least one feature film or serial project (per team).
selection criteria
- originality of the idea;
- quality of visual style;
- the project's compliance with the stated target audience, genre and format;
- potential for festival promotion and international distribution;
- a logical and clearly formulated budget and plan for further production;
- the project does not violate ethical standards (nationalism, extremism, pornography, etc.).
presentation
If selected, the following must be provided by March 6, 2026:
- a project presentation containing: a description of the team, information about the project, a schedule and budget for completing production, casting;
- a video up to 2 minutes long, edited from existing footage, in the original language with English subtitles.
pitching regulations
Preliminary training pitching offline in Yakutsk.

Final pitching on March 13–15, 2026 in Yakutsk.

1−2 team members speak in English or Russian with simultaneous translation and a presentation. 7 minutes pitch + 5 minutes Q&A with pitching experts.

Film Screenings
project format
Feature-length film (60 minutes and longer) or series; fiction, documentary or animation.
project stage at the time of screening
For full-length projects: fully completed film by March 6, 2026 in the original language with English subtitles.

For series: at least a fully completed pilot episode by March 6, 2026 in the original language with English subtitles.
project team
Producer and/or director (copyright holders of the declared project).
selection criteria

- teaser up to 2 minutes in the original language with English subtitles;
- completed film/pilot episode for theatrical release in original language with English subtitles.\
